On-line sales are not offered at this time-all sales are processed through our gallery. Which we find more informative and enjoyable. Please call or email to discuss payment of your art purchase. SHIPPING:
We will ship all art purchases with UPS. All shipping charges will be paid for by buyer with credit card prior to shipping. Charges will include costs for packaging materials, insurance for full value, and shipping. We will not know the cost of shipping your artwork until we bring it to UPS. Size will determine packaging material cost. Weight, destination, and type of service (ground, 2-Day etc.) will determine shipping charges, and the value of your piece will determine insurance cost. Itemization of charges/costs will be sent with artwork.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
We have had reservations about selling original work online because you cannot actually see the original work, the actual painterly qualities of your piece in person. At the gallery we have a policy of no refunds and actually have never had to deal with the issue.HOWEVER, our on-line return/refund policy is as follows:
- You agree to contact us within 48 hours after receiving the piece and agree to:
- Return the painting within five days of receipt.
- Buyer will pay all costs for return of work.
- All artwork will be brought to UPS for re-packaging and will be insured for full value.
- We will not accept work packaged by buyer.
- We will refund your purchase amount after work is received and inspected, and will either issue you a cashier’s/bank check or credit your credit card account.
Purchases from our website and from the gallery allow us to accomplish our mission of supporting artists.
The artists, of course, appreciate your business, and so does the gallery.
